LAST CHANCE TO SEE MARCUS COATES: DAWN CHORUS AT PICTURE THIS, BRISTOL

 

Marcus Coates' multi-screen installation recreates a dawn chorus using
humans to sing the bird song.

The exhibition is open Wed-Sat 12-6pm and finishes on Sat 4 August.

 

 

 

Thursday 2 August, 6pm: Talk and DVD launch

An illustrated talk featuring major video works by Marcus Coates and a
discussion of the ideas and processes that inform his work.

The DVD publication In Profile: Marcus Coates will be launched at this
event. In Profile is a series of DVD publications on contemporary
artists working with film and video published by Picture This.
