Dialogue journal would like to invite you to join us in the Axis debating
chambers for our live online debate on curating in alternative non-gallery
spaces.

We have invited The Dirty Collective
<http://www.axisweb.org/dlAUTH.aspx?AUTHORID=100> as our in-house guest
debating team. Having written the house motion, they've now split
themselves into opposing teams to make their supporting and opposing
arguments. Along with guest contributor Peter
<http://www.axisweb.org/dlAUTH.aspx?AUTHORID=101> Lewis they will initiate
and maintain the discussion.

The debate is open NOW until 7 July

'Exhibitions in Alternative-Non-White-Non-Gallery spaces negatively affect
interpretations a spectator is encouraged to think about, since they often
speak for and over individual works'

We invite you to join us in the debate; whether you are 'for' or 'against',
we want to hear what you have to say.

To access the debate you can follow these links:

Visit www.axisweb.org/debate

or go to the Dialogue home page and follow the link from there:

We hope this will be a thought provoking and active debate and we look
forward to any contributions that you may have. This debate is part of a
